In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Recruiting, you will implement and support cloud-based recruiting solutions for clients. Your role involves conducting fit analyses, gathering requirements, designing, configuring the system, conducting unit testing, and rolling out the solution. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Conduct Fit Analyses: Conduct thorough analyses to determine the best approach for implementing Workday Recruiting solutions that meet clients' specific needs. • Design and Configure Systems: Design and configure Workday Recruiting systems to align with clients' requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes. • Conduct Unit Testing: Perform unit testing to identify and resolve configuration and functional issues across recruiting and onboarding modules. • Provide Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support to ensure clients achieve their desired business results after implementation. • Resolve Configuration Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional issues across various modules, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Exposure to Cloud-Based Recruiting Solutions: Experience working with cloud-based recruiting solutions, including conducting fit analyses, gathering requirements, and designing and configuring systems. • Workday Recruiting Module Knowledge: Familiarity with the Workday Recruiting module, including its functionality and capabilities, to tailor implementations to clients' specific needs. • Configuration and Troubleshooting: Exposure to resolving configuration and functional issues across recruiting and onboarding modules, as well as touchpoints with other modules. • System Implementation and Support: Experience working on implementing and supporting Workday Recruiting solutions, including conducting unit testing and providing post-implementation support. • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Ability to gather and analyze client requirements to design and configure Workday Recruiting systems that meet their needs.
• Cloud-Based Recruiting Solutions: Exposure to cloud-based recruiting solutions, including conducting fit analyses, gathering requirements, and designing and configuring systems, is beneficial for this role. • Workday Module Integration: Familiarity with integrating Workday Recruiting modules with other Workday modules is advantageous for designing and configuring comprehensive solutions. • Advanced Configuration: Exposure to advanced configuration options within the Workday Recruiting module can enhance the ability to tailor implementations to clients' specific needs.
