Your role and responsibilities

The Regional Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services SOC, GRC, IAM, etc. across regional business units / clients. You will manage a cross-functional team of security professionals, handle high-level escalations, and ensure all services align with SLAs and security standards.

Core Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership & Delivery

  • End-to-End Governance: Drive the delivery of cybersecurity programs, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Incident Management: Act as the primary regional escalation point for major security breaches or service failures.
  • Resource Management: Allocate technical staff and budget resources across multiple regional projects.
  • SLA/KPI Tracking: Monitor delivery metrics (e.g., Mean Time to Respond, Vulnerability Remediation rates) and present performance reports to executive stakeholders.

2. Strategic Stakeholder Management

  • Client Advocacy: Build and maintain relationships with regional business leaders and external clients, acting as a "trusted advisor" for security matters.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate between the CISO office, regional teams, Legal, Finance and HR to ensure unified security protocols.
  • Vendor Management: Manage third-party security vendors and MSSP contracts within the Sector.

3. Risk & Compliance

  • Regional Compliance: Ensure all delivery activities comply with local regulations (
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks and implement automation (SOAR/AI) to enhance regional security posture.

  • Familiarity with modern security stacks: SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, and Zero Trust Architecture.
  • Knowledge of Agile and ITIL frameworks for service delivery

Technical Expertise

  • Deep understanding of Security Operations (SOC), Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
