In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant: SAP BTM, you will advise clients on the strategy, design, and execution of Business Transformation Management (BTM) initiatives using SAP's BTM suite. You will support end-to-end transformation by combining process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Drive Process Discovery and Optimization: Deliver process discovery and optimization using SAP Signavio, enabling clients to achieve their business goals through improved process efficiency.
Align IT Architecture and Business Strategy: Apply LeanIX to align IT architecture and business strategy, ensuring seamless integration and effective technology utilization.
Enhance User Adoption and Change Management: Implement WalkMe to enhance user adoption and change management, facilitating smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.
Support End-to-End Transformation: Combine process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes and support clients' transformation journeys.
Deliver Measurable Business Outcomes: Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize business outcomes, leveraging SAP's BTM suite to drive tangible results.

Required technical and professional expertise

Exposure to SAP BTM Suite: Familiarity with SAP's Business Transformation Management suite, including its applications and tools, such as SAP Signavio, LeanIX, and WalkMe.
Process Discovery and Optimization: Experience working with process discovery and optimization techniques, utilizing tools like SAP Signavio to improve process efficiency.
IT Architecture Alignment: Exposure to aligning IT architecture and business strategy using tools like LeanIX, ensuring seamless integration and effective technology utilization.
Digital Adoption and Change Management: Experience working with digital adoption and change management tools like WalkMe, facilitating smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.
End-to-End Transformation: Exposure to supporting end-to-end transformation by combining process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Proficiency in SAP BTM Tools: Exposure to utilizing SAP's Business Transformation Management suite, including its applications and tools, such as SAP Signavio, LeanIX, and WalkMe, to drive business transformation initiatives.
Process Intelligence Knowledge: Experience working with process discovery and optimization techniques, utilizing tools like SAP Signavio to improve process efficiency and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Digital Adoption Expertise: Exposure to enhancing user adoption and change management through digital adoption tools like WalkMe, facilitating smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.
