In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant: SAP BTM, you will advise clients on the strategy, design, and execution of Business Transformation Management (BTM) initiatives using SAP's BTM suite. You will support end-to-end transformation by combining process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Drive Process Discovery and Optimization: Utilize SAP Signavio to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes, aligning them with client goals and objectives. • Align IT Architecture and Business Strategy: Apply LeanIX to ensure IT architecture supports business strategy, enabling clients to make informed decisions and drive business growth. • Enhance User Adoption and Change Management: Leverage WalkMe to develop and implement effective change management strategies, ensuring seamless user adoption and minimizing disruption to business operations. • Deliver Measurable Business Outcomes: Combine process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to drive tangible business results and support clients in achieving their transformation goals.

• Process Discovery and Optimization: Exposure to utilizing SAP Signavio to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes, aligning them with client goals and objectives. • IT Architecture Alignment: Experience working with LeanIX to ensure IT architecture supports business strategy, enabling clients to make informed decisions and drive business growth. • Digital Adoption and Change Management: Exposure to leveraging WalkMe to develop and implement effective change management strategies, ensuring seamless user adoption and minimizing disruption to business operations. • Business Outcome Delivery: Experience applying process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to drive tangible business results and support clients in achieving their transformation goals. • End-to-End Transformation Support: Exposure to supporting end-to-end transformation initiatives, combining process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Proficiency in SAP BTM Suite: Exposure to utilizing SAP's BTM suite to support Business Transformation Management initiatives, driving process discovery, and optimizing business processes. • Knowledge of Process Intelligence: Experience working with process intelligence tools to drive tangible business results and support clients in achieving their transformation goals. • Familiarity with Digital Adoption: Exposure to leveraging digital adoption platforms to develop and implement effective change management strategies, ensuring seamless user adoption and minimizing disruption to business operations.
