Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the US Facilities Manager in the Americas region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office spaces across a region in the Americas, while supporting the Head of Facilities Management for the Americas. Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week, subject to business needs.

Responsibilities:


  • In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office spaces across a region in the Americas portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for facilities management in the Americas region.
  • Oversee and manage all office spaces and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any facility-related issues or concerns.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for facility operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards for all facilities in the Americas region.
  • Identify areas for improvement in facilities management processes and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan for all facilities in the region.
  • Lead and manage a team of facility management professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and senior management on the status of facilities and any related issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility management processes.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the facilities management team and the service provider.
  • Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to ethics and compliance.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • 7+ years in senior-level Facilities Management role.
  • Proven experience overseeing multi-site facility operations, ideally across a regional or international portfolio.
  • Proven experience monitoring and managing operational budgets with a focus on cost efficiency.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor and service provider relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Prior leadership experience managing and developing facilities management teams.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Experience working in a multinational multi-site company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in facilities management.
  • Experience fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Experience representing an organization in meetings, negotiations, or external partner interactions.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
