Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Consultant to join our team and support the implementation,
customization, and optimization of SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions. The consultant will play a
key role in enabling efficient asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and operational excellence
across our enterprise systems.
As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP EAM modules (PM - Plant Maintenance, Asset Management).
- Customize solutions to meet business requirements, including preventive, predictive, and corrective
maintenance processes.
- Integrate SAP EAM with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP, WM) and external systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
- Document functional specifications and system design.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SAP EAM applications.
- Train end-users and prepare user manuals.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Participate in full lifecycle SAP projects (blueprint, realization, testing, go-live, and support).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in change management and adoption strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a SAP EAM/PM Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Asset Management processes.
- Experience with integration to MM, FI/CO, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications- SAP Certification in EAM/PM.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, or transportation.
- Knowledge of IoT-enabled asset management and predictive maintenance.
- Exposure to Fiori apps and mobility solutions for maintenance.
