In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Responsable de liderar la definición de soluciones para clientes en el ámbito de tesorería avanzada, actuando como el principal referente técnico-funcional y como puente entre el negocio y los equipos de implementación. El rol se enfoca en construir soluciones integrales sobre SAP HANA y SAP S/4HANA, especialmente en módulos de tesorería como CLM, BCM, IHC y Payments, asegurando que la arquitectura propuesta soporte los objetivos de transformación del negocio y sea técnicamente sólida, escalable y sostenible.

Trabaja con equipos multidisciplinarios para definir soluciones técnicas que habiliten la transformación del negocio — actúa como defensor del cliente mientras guía al equipo técnico hacia la implementación — provee lineamientos arquitectónicos y especificaciones funcionales basadas en requerimientos de negocio — y participa en la gestión y ejecución de entregables del proyecto para asegurar que los tiempos, alcances y calidad se cumplan. Adicionalmente, mantiene una evolución continua de su conocimiento en SAP HANA y S/4HANA, apoyándose en entrenamientos y mejores prácticas, para asegurar soluciones actualizadas y alineadas con la estrategia tecnológica.

Required technical and professional expertise

Se requiere experiencia sólida de la arquitectura SAP HANA y SAP S/4HANA. Es altamente deseable contar con background en infraestructura o SAP Basis, lo que permite una visión integral de la plataforma, su operación y sus dependencias técnicas. El perfil debe demostrar capacidad para liderar la definición de soluciones, analizar requerimientos complejos y traducirlos en propuestas técnicas y funcionales coherentes en entornos HANA.

Adicionalmente, se espera experiencia trabajando en contextos de transformación de negocio — habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas — capacidad para comunicar soluciones técnicas en términos de negocio — y experiencia colaborando y guiando equipos técnicos en entornos de proyecto. La disposición para la actualización continua en el ecosistema SAP HANA / S/4HANA y la orientación a la calidad en la entrega son claves para el éxito en el rol.

Preferred technical and professional experience
