As a Talent Acquisition Manager: Delivery, you will lead the Talent Acquisition Partner, Sourcer, Coordinator, and Onboarding teams, driving team leadership, strategy development, and execution. You will partner with key stakeholders to identify emerging trends and opportunities that impact Talent Acquisition. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Lead Team Strategy Development: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to achieve business outcomes, enabling the team to enhance skills and amplify creativity and innovation.
• Coach and Enable Team: Coach team members to enhance skills, and provide guidance on best practices to ensure goal achievement and exceptional performance.
• Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify emerging trends and opportunities that impact and influence Talent Acquisition, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive Business Outcomes: Focus on achieving business outcomes through effective talent acquisition strategies, program design, and implementation.
• Design and Implement Programs: Design and implement programs to support talent acquisition goals, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
• Team Leadership Experience: Experience with leading cross-functional teams, including talent acquisition, sourcing, coordination, and onboarding, to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
• Strategy Development and Execution: Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, programs, and initiatives to meet business needs and drive results.
• Coaching and Development: Experience with coaching and enabling team members to enhance skills, amplify creativity, and drive innovation in a fast-paced talent acquisition environment.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Experience in partnering with key stakeholders to identify emerging trends and opportunities that impact talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Program Design and Implementation: Experience with designing and implementing programs to support talent acquisition goals, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
• Transformation Program Management: Experience with managing transformation programs to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives in talent acquisition.
• Talent Acquisition Analytics: Experience in analyzing talent acquisition metrics to inform strategy development and optimize program implementation.
• Emerging Trends Identification: Experience with identifying emerging trends and opportunities that impact talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
