Your role and responsibilities

Are you interested in building a career at the intersection of recruitment marketing, analytics, and vendor management? As a Job Advertisement Campaign and Analytics Specialist, you will help power IBM’s global hiring efforts by supporting data-driven job advertising strategies and ensuring our investments in job boards and media deliver measurable impact. This role offers hands-on exposure to global talent attraction programs and a strong foundation for growth in recruitment marketing and analytics.

This role supports the Global Talent Attraction Job Advertising Lead and plays a key operational and analytical function within the global Talent Attraction team. You will focus on the execution, optimization, and reporting of programmatic job advertising campaigns, as well as the day-to-day management of job board contracts and vendor performance.

You will work closely with senior team members, Talent Acquisition, Talent Attraction and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, tracked accurately, and continuously optimized for ROI.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic job advertising campaigns across global and local markets, ensuring alignment with defined strategies and hiring priorities.
  • Assist in monitoring campaign performance across job boards, search, and display channels, identifying trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Leverage analytics and reporting to track key performance indicators such as spend, applications, cost metrics, and conversion rates, providing regular insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Support job board contract management by tracking contract terms, spend, usage, and performance against agreed objectives.
  • Maintain centralized documentation and databases covering job board contracts, pricing, performance benchmarks, and ROI insights.
  • Coordinate with job board vendors on campaign setup, performance reviews, troubleshooting, and operational questions.
  • Ensure job postings achieve optimal visibility and reach within job board ecosystems, following best practices and internal guidelines.
  • Partner with Talent Attraction and Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment marketing initiatives and ensure campaigns align with employer branding standard.
  • Provide operational and analytical support to enable informed decision-making around channel selection, renewals, and investment prioritization.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Experience or strong interest in recruitment marketing, job advertising, digital marketing, or analytics-related roles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting tools to track spend and performance.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in tracking contracts, budgets, and campaign data.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Exposure to programmatic job advertising platforms, job boards, or digital media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with recruitment funnels, conversion metrics, and ROI measurement.
  • Experience supporting vendor or contract management activities.
