Your role and responsibilities
The Q2C Transaction Lifecycle Specialist is a 2‑year fixed‑term role responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant transactional support across the Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) cycle. The role encompasses a broad range of administrative and Ecosystem transactional activities across multiple IBM systems, aligned with the assigned territory and business unit.
Key responsibilities include managing Ecosystem transactional processes, ensuring business integrity and compliance, supporting contract lifecycle activities, and responding to internal and external requests—including audit‑related inquiries. The specialist is expected to maintain strong client relationships and ensure all transactional inputs adhere to IBM’s Firm Order Policy and business control requirements.
The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support seamless Ecosystem program execution. It also involves performing data analysis to validate transactional accuracy and identify potential discrepancies.
Analytical responsibilities include:
  • Conducting intermediate‑level data analysis to identify trends and patterns
  • Understanding reporting tools and data sources to customize reports when needed
  • Leveraging available AI technologies to enhance data accuracy and analytical efficiency


Building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential. The individual is expected to contribute to team and organizational KPIs, demonstrate operational excellence and client focus, and apply basic problem‑solving skills to analyze routine business issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Developing strong internal and external networks by engaging with key partners is also an important aspect of the role.

* This position is a 2-year fixed-term role and is open to Korean nationals only, in accordance with local business requirements.

Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience in contract management and invoicing operations
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
  • Experience using SAP (including contract registration, order processing, invoice issuance, and financial/accounting transactions)
