Your role and responsibilities

As an Associate Business Transformation Consultant at IBM, you will help to assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of ServiceNow application packaged solutions to meet client needs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready and willing to deliver business value wherever needed.

In your role, you may be responsible for:

* Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of ServiceNow platform solutions
* Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management
* Facilitate or support business case development, proposals, presentations, workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews
* Develop process maps to understand “As-Is” and “To-Be” scenarios

* Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of ServiceNow platform solutions

* Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands

• Majors: MIS, Business/Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources

• Certifications/Programs: ServiceNow experience, or credentials, ANY cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure)

• Experience: ERP class projects, capstone migrations, internships on ERP teams, exposure to FI/CO, MM, SD or logistics processes

• Skills/Tech: Presentation Development, AI experience, Python, Java, JavaScript, Excel modeling, process mapping

• Other: client-facing internships, consulting clubs, strong process orientation, and documentation skills

*Candidates should have experience through internships, project work, or coursework in one or more of the following areas:

  • IT Service Management, Any domain specific Process Automation or systems implementation projects
  • Business process analysis (IT, Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply chain, Customer Service etc.)
  • Database design or development
  • AI or Cloud-related projects

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
