Your role and responsibilities

2026 IBM Consulting Internship - Data Engineer

인턴십 시작인 3월 말부터 Full-time 근무가 가능해야 하며, 인턴십 기간 동안의 성과 평가를 통해 정규직 전환 기회가 주어집니다.

As an Entry Level Data Engineer at IBM, you will support teams in designing and building data solutions that enable meaningful insights. You will work with diverse clients around the world, helping them adopt innovative hybrid cloud and AI solutions. Roles & Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining data pipelines for batch and real-time processing

• Cleaning, integrating, and transforming structured and unstructured data

• Using Python, SQL, Spark, or similar tools to support data engineering tasks

• Supporting the implementation and validation of statistical or machine learning models

• Collaborating in an Agile environment with engineers, consultants, and data scientists

• Assisting in the design of search or analytics platforms such as Elasticsearch or Splunk

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Ability to apply basic statistical and machine learning techniques

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, etc.)

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala

• Familiarity with ETL tools or data integration processes

• Experience using SQL, Linux, Spark, Hadoop, or comparable tools

Preferred technical and professional experience

.• Basic experience with predictive or prescriptive modeling

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements
