As an Entry Level Business Transformation Consultant at IBM Consulting, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, supporting teams as they help clients navigate market shifts and implement digital transformation initiatives.
You will join a collaborative environment that values learning, curiosity, and continuous development. This role provides the opportunity to build foundational consulting skills while contributing to real client projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Support analysis of client challenges and identify potential solutions
• Assist in preparing presentations, research materials, and documentation
• Conduct market and industry research to support project insights
• Participate in workshops using IBM’s Design Thinking practices
• Collaborate with teams in a dynamic, agile project environment
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
• Exposure to Data Analytics: Basic understanding of data analytics concepts and techniques, including data analysis and interpretation.
• Interest in Cognitive Computing: Curiosity about cognitive computing and its applications in business transformation.
• Basic Understanding of Business Operations: Familiarity with business operations and functional requirements.
• Exposure to Client Collaboration: Interest in working with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into solution requirements.
• Strong willingness to learn and apply new concepts
• Clear communication skills and teamwork mindset
