Your role and responsibilities
As an Application Developer: Full Stack, you will work with a team responsible for every aspect of the software development cycle, from design to deployment. You will participate in major software/architectural design decisions, define and optimize the team's development workflow, and ensure code quality and adherence to software development best practices. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design Software Solutions: Work with development teams and delivery lead to ideate software solutions, designing user-side and server-side architecture to meet business needs. • Develop Front-End Applications: Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design, creating a mobile responsive design and ensuring high-quality user experience. • Manage Databases and Applications: Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications, implementing security and data protection measures to ensure data integrity. • Test and Debug Software: Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency, troubleshooting and debugging issues to optimize performance. • Collaborate with Data Scientists: Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software, writing effective APIs and technical documentation to support collaboration.

Required technical and professional expertise
• Exposure to Full-Stack Development: Familiarity with all aspects of the development cycle, including design, front-end development, web development, back-end development, and system administration. • Software Development Life Cycle: Experience working with software architectural design, data integration, building backend services, and software deployment using continuous integration tools. • Programming Languages and Frameworks: Exposure to languages and frameworks used for front-end and back-end development, including those for building interactive web applications. • Database Management: Experience working with databases, including designing, developing, and managing well-functioning databases and applications. • Security and Data Protection: Understanding of security and data protection principles, including implementation and testing to ensure data integrity and software responsiveness.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Data Integration Knowledge: Exposure to integrating data from various internal systems to inform software development and improvement. • Continuous Integration Tools: Experience working with continuous integration tools for software deployment and monitoring to ensure high availability. • Web Application Development: Exposure to building highly interactive web applications and developing backend services for data recommendations.
