Your role and responsibilities

You will lead account strategy development and business growth for major insurance clients in Japan. Working across consulting and technology teams, you will identify client challenges, shape transformation initiatives, and drive proposals from early-stage ideation through deal closure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop account strategies and generate new business opportunities within insurance clients

  • Identify executive-level business challenges and design consulting-led solutions

  • Lead proposal development in collaboration with consultants and engineers

  • Support upstream transformation initiatives such as operating model design and process reengineering

  • Build trusted relationships with CxO-level and senior client stakeholders

Required education
None
Required technical and professional expertise

  • Experience in enterprise sales or management consulting

  • Ability to structure client issues and deliver persuasive proposals

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

  • Knowledge of or strong interest in the financial services or insurance industry

  • Native-level Japanese communication skills

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Hands-on experience in the insurance industry (life or non-life)

  • Experience contributing to digital or IT transformation initiatives

  • Track record of account management or large deal development
