As a Process Delivery Specialist in Talent Development Optimization, you will manage and optimize daily transactions related to strategic and tactical talent development and learning programs. You will support your client's overall strategy, priorities, and operations, leveraging this knowledge to improve business process support and implement process and operational enhancements. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Daily Transactions: Manage and optimize daily transactions related to talent development and learning programs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. • Support Client Operations: Support your client's overall strategy, priorities, and operations, providing business process support and implementing process and operational enhancements. • Conduct Learning Administration: Conduct learning administration and facilitation of classes, ensuring smooth delivery of learning programs. • Report on Programs: Report on talent development programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Support Performance Management: Support employment performance management programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Exposure to Talent Development: Familiarity with talent development and learning programs, including understanding of strategic and tactical initiatives. • Experience Working with Business Processes: Knowledge of business process support and operational enhancements, with ability to leverage this understanding to improve client operations. • Learning Administration Experience: Exposure to learning administration and facilitation of classes, with ability to ensure smooth delivery of learning programs. • Reporting and Analytics: Understanding of reporting requirements and ability to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. • Performance Management Support: Experience working with employment performance management programs, with ability to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Talent Development Knowledge: Exposure to talent development and learning programs, including understanding of strategic and tactical initiatives, with ability to apply this knowledge to support client operations. • Business Process Understanding: Experience working with business processes, with ability to leverage this understanding to improve client operations and implement process and operational enhancements. • Learning Administration Skills: Exposure to learning administration and facilitation of classes, with ability to ensure smooth delivery of learning programs and support client goals and objectives. Experience SAP H13(RRH) , SAP EF3, SAP Success Factors. We are looking for candidates with a strong service mindset and effective communication skills.
