In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Responsable de participar activamente en la ejecución de iniciativas de gestión del cambio dentro de proyectos de transformación digital, tecnológica u organizacional, apoyando la adopción efectiva de nuevos procesos, tecnologías y formas de trabajo — colaborando con líderes de change, equipos del proyecto y stakeholders de negocio para analizar impactos organizacionales — y contribuyendo a la implementación de planes de adopción alineados con los objetivos del programa.

El rol incluye la realización de análisis de impacto y gestión de stakeholders — la elaboración y ejecución de planes de comunicación y adopción — el soporte a iniciativas de capacitación y engagement — y la colaboración continua con equipos multidisciplinarios en entornos dinámicos, asegurando una ejecución consistente incluso en contextos ambiguos y de alta presión.

Required technical and professional expertise

Se requiere más de 5 años de experiencia en Change Management, Organizational Change Management (OCM) o consultoría de transformación — con participación en proyectos de transformación digital, tecnológica u organizacional — y experiencia práctica en análisis de impacto, gestión de stakeholders y desarrollo de planes de comunicación y adopción. Adicional se requiere certificaciones o formación formal en Change Management.

Adicionalmente, se espera conocimiento de metodologías ágiles o híbridas — experiencia en medición de adopción y gestión del cambio basada en datos — y habilidades sólidas de facilitación, storytelling y comunicación ejecutiva. La capacidad de colaborar eficazmente con equipos multidisciplinarios y adaptarse a entornos ambiguos y de alta presión es esencial para el éxito en el rol.
