This role has responsibility for the largest IBM customers in Australia with respect to Financial Intelligence. Strong familiarity for FSI and Public sector will position you well to work with these high profile clients.
As a Brand Sales Executive for IBM's Apptio Portfolio, you will create demand and progress opportunities to close for Apptio solutions, including Cloudability, Apptio, and Targetprocess. You will specialize in driving sales growth for these solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Demand Opportunities: Create and identify new sales opportunities for Apptio solutions through various channels, building a strong pipeline to drive business growth. • Progress Opportunities to Close: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and progress opportunities through the sales cycle to close deals. • Solution Sales Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Apptio solutions, including Cloudability, ApptioOne, and Targetprocess, to effectively communicate their value to clients. • Client-Facing Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals with Apptio solutions. • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives, leveraging industry insights and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
• Solution Sales Expertise: Experience with Apptio solutions, including Cloudability, Apptio, and Targetprocess, with the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients. • Sales Strategy Development: Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives, leveraging industry insights and best practices to stay ahead of the competition. • Client-Facing Engagement: Experience with client-facing engagement, providing expert guidance and support to help clients achieve their goals with technology solutions. • Opportunity Management: Experience in managing sales opportunities through the sales cycle, from initial identification to close. • Industry Knowledge: Experience with the IT industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices related to cloud-based solutions and IT management.
* Financial awareness and exposure to TCO, NPV and overall value for investment understanding.
• IT Industry Trends Knowledge: Experience with the latest IT industry trends, challenges, and best practices related to cloud-based solutions and IT management, enabling informed sales strategies and effective client engagement. • Cloud-Based Solution Expertise: Experience with cloud-based solutions, including their applications, benefits, and challenges, to provide expert guidance and support to clients. • Technology Solution Sales: Experience in selling technology solutions, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle, from initial identification to close, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
