Your role and responsibilities

As a Process Delivery Specialist: Lead to Cash, you will

1. According to the financial management system of the customer group, complete the daily accounting processing as a whole. Monthly closing and preparation of accounting statements (monthly report. Quarterly, interim and annual reports);
2. Follow accounting standards and relevant national systems, and output accounting plans for new business scenarios; Guide basic accounting staff to complete accounting;
3. Standardize the basic financial accounting process and regularly enter the accounting compliance. Data risk check and follow up to complete the cleaning;
4. Cooperate with internal audit and external audit to complete relevant audit work;
5. Financial process optimization. System optimization. Report optimization and other financial special work and others.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance, at least 3 years working experience in financial position, including at least 2 years working experience in general ledger position, manufacturing production and sales accounting experience is preferred; Good learning and communication skills;
2. Strictly abide by financial professional ethics, have good communication skills and pressure resistance, strong sense of responsibility;
3. English or Japanese can be used as the working language;
4. Intermediate accounting title, pass the CPA examination is preferred

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Customer Journey Optimization: Exposure to analyzing customer journeys to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes for enhanced customer satisfaction and revenue growth. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with multiple departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to drive efficiency and ensure seamless integration of processes. • Revenue Management Analysis: Basic understanding of analyzing and optimizing revenue management processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
