Introduction

We are looking for an AI product manager with AI product planning experience and familiar with AI agents and SDLS/software engineering to join the "SDLC Agent" project we are building for customers.

Your role and responsibilities

This position will focus on the basic engineering capacity building of AI projects, especially data governance, data life cycle management and data quality control, laying a solid foundation for AI model training and business scenarios.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead the overall product design and planning of supply chain agents, define the core capability boundaries, interaction modes and life cycle of agents;

• Deep understanding of manufacturing customers' supply chain business processes, abstracting key scenarios that can be enabled by agents (such as predictive optimization, planning collaboration, task decomposition, etc.);

• Design agent call logic and workflow, and promote the productization of "data-algorithm-agent-business" link;

• Write product documentation (PRD), user stories and interactive prototypes, and collaborate effectively with algorithms and front-end teams;

• Formulate product iteration plans based on project pace, promote the gradual implementation of agent capabilities and verify business results;

• Follow up UAT and launch feedback, continuously optimize product experience based on business feedback and Agent performance;

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered as planned and with high quality

Required education

Required technical and professional expertise

Create • Bachelor degree or above in computer science, information system, industrial engineering, supply chain or related field;

• At least 4 years experience in AI or data related products, with project experience in software engineering preferred;

• Understand the complete link of AI products from data governance, model training to practical application;

• Familiar with DevSecOps and development procedure;

• Familiar with data governance, data quality control, data standards management and other basic methodologies;

• Excellent cross-team communication and documentation skills;up to 5 bullets max

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience in agent architecture such as LangChain and LangGraph is preferred.

• Experience with agent-based projects, with an understanding of multi-agent collaboration or how generative AI can be applied in business processes.Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
