As a Procurement Operations Specialist: Contract Management, you will analyze external client requirements, internal client requirements, and supplier solutions to draft highly custom multi-tower complex outsourcing agreements. This role requires a deep understanding of contract law to draft a variety of stand-alone custom agreements. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Draft Custom Agreements: Analyze external client requirements, internal client requirements, and supplier solutions to draft highly custom multi-tower complex outsourcing agreements, utilizing knowledge of contract law to ensure internal client interests are protected. • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work extensively with various internal client stakeholders to ensure internal client and external client needs are addressed in supplier agreements, making strategic decisions to leverage the appropriate contract vehicle and terms. • Establish Supplier Relationships: Develop knowledge of the supplier's product/service model through the establishment of supplier relationships, enabling effective negotiation and agreement drafting. • Negotiate with Internal Clients: Negotiate with internal clients to ensure their requirements can meet the supplier's service model at the target price, presenting proposed contracts and leading calls with internal client teams to gather timely input. • Manage Client Input: Lead calls with and manage members of the internal client team to provide timely input on technical, business, and financial requirements.
• Legal Education: Exposure to contract law to draft a variety of stand-alone custom agreements, ensuring internal client interests are protected. • Contract Drafting: Experience working with complex outsourcing agreements, analyzing external client requirements, internal client requirements, and supplier solutions to draft custom multi-tower agreements. • Supplier Relationship Management: Exposure to establishing supplier relationships to develop knowledge of the supplier's product/service model, enabling effective negotiation and agreement drafting. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience working with various internal client stakeholders to ensure internal client and external client needs are addressed in supplier agreements. • Negotiation and Presentation: Exposure to negotiating with internal clients to ensure their requirements can meet the supplier's service model at the target price, and presenting proposed contracts to internal client teams.
• Custom Agreement Development: Exposure to creating tailored agreements that address specific client needs, considering multiple stakeholders' requirements and supplier solutions. • Strategic Contract Negotiation: Experience working with internal clients to balance their needs with supplier service models, ensuring target prices are met while protecting client interests. • Supplier Product Knowledge: Exposure to understanding supplier product/service models, enabling informed negotiation and effective agreement drafting.
