Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP CX, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP CX solutions for clients. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand business needs, identify gaps, and develop solutions that meet client requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Design SAP CX Solutions: Analyze business requirements and design SAP CX solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and goals.
  • Implement SAP CX Modules: Configure and implement SAP CX modules, including Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Customer Data Cloud, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Develop Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration documents and testing scripts, to ensure solution quality and facilitate future maintenance.
  • Ensure Solution Quality: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver Client Support: Provide training and support to clients on SAP CX functionality and best practices, enabling them to maximize the value of their SAP CX investment.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

• Experience with SAP CX Configuration: Exposure to configuring and implementing SAP CX modules, including Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Customer Data Cloud. • SAP CX Solution Design: Experience with analyzing business requirements and designing SAP CX solutions to meet client needs. • Technical Documentation Development: Exposure to creating and maintaining technical documentation, including configuration documents and testing scripts. • Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience with performing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality. • SAP Integration Knowledge: Exposure to integrating SAP CX with other SAP systems, such as SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and SAP BW.

Preferred technical and professional experience
  • SAP CX Releases Knowledge: Exposure to staying up-to-date with SAP CX releases, patches, and new features, and applying this knowledge to client projects to ensure solutions remain current and effective.
  • SAP Systems Integration: Experience with integrating SAP CX with other SAP systems, such as SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and SAP BW, to deliver comprehensive and connected solutions.
  • SAP CX Best Practices: Exposure to providing training and support to clients on SAP CX functionality and best practices, enabling them to maximize the value of their SAP CX investment.
