As a SuccessFactors EC Payroll / SAP Payroll Senior Consultant , you will work with our clients and lead them in the implementation of their SAP Payroll module. This will include activates such as: assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SF and SAP on premise as well as cloud solutions . You will be responsible for shaping the future HR and Payroll processes of our top national and international clients. You will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. You will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role. You will act as a mentor and counsel junior team members.
Certified in SAP HR Payroll / SuccessFactors Payroll - 5+ yrs of project experience in end-to-end SAP payroll implementations Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration and processes (SAP HCM or SuccessFactors ECP). Hands-on expertise in testing, documentation, and payroll result analysis. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in client facing lead roles
Adept in Payroll project activtiy planning
Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time management experience will be nice to have
Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration and processes (SAP HCM or SuccessFactors ECP).
Experience on end-to-end client facing SAP payroll implementations on more than one project
