Your role and responsibilities

As a Product Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the go-to-market strategy for IBM products and solutions. You’ll work closely with product marketers, product managers, sales, and cross-functional teams to help develop messaging, content, and insights that drive awareness and adoption.

What You’ll Do

Support product positioning and messaging by translating technical capabilities into customer-focused value statements.
Assist with go-to-market initiatives including product launches and campaigns.
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research.
Create and update marketing and sales enablement assets.
Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams.
Analyze performance metrics and gather feedback.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.

OTHER RELEVANT JOB DETAILS

Supplemental 1 employees may be eligible for up to 8 paid holidays, minimum of 56 hours paid sick time and the IBM Employee Stock Purchase Plan. IBM offers paid family medical leave and disability benefits to eligible employees where required by applicable law.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
