Your role and responsibilities

Currently, we are looking for a Oracle Cloud Financials Senior Principal Functional Consultant (GL/AR) to join our team. This is a full-time position that can sit anywhere in the United States. This position requires travel as needed as clients require - you must have overall travel flexibility to support clients' onsite.

As an Oracle SCM Lead/ Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions for our clients. This is a customer-facing role that requires extensive experience in Oracle SCM Order Management Cloud. You will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, configuring the system, and ensuring successful deployment of Oracle SCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle SCM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements to design and configure Oracle SCM solutions tailored to their business needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of consultants involved in the implementation process.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and senior management, to ensure alignment of the solution with business objectives.
  • Proactively identify and resolve implementation issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle SCM features, updates, and industry best practices.

This role can be performed anywhere in the U.S.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM modules, with a focus on Order Management.
  • Proventrack recordof leading and successfully delivering complex Oracle SCM implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to supplychainandlogistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM functionalities, configurations, and integration with other modules.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Oracle Fusion SCM Certification(s).
  • Experience inleading a team of SCM consultants on multiple implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of related Oracle Cloud modules like Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific SCM requirements (e.g., retail, manufacturing, distribution).
  • Experience with third-party integration tools and technologies.
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance and contribute to the development of SCM roadmaps for clients.

Note: The preferred qualifications are desirable but not mandatory for the position.

This Oracle SCM Lead/ Architect role is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM modules and extensive experience in implementing solutions for clients. The candidate should be adept at managing both the technical and functional aspects of SCM implementations and should possess strong leadership and communication skills for successful client engagement.
