Your role and responsibilities

Senior Strategy Consultant – Offering & Growth (Cross Sector)

Location: Italy
Practice: Enterprise Strategy / Strategy & Transformation
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join our Offering and Growth team within the Enterprise Strategy Practice. This is a strategic, client-facing role designed for a senior professional who can operate with autonomy at C-suite level and lead complex transformation programs for large cross-industry organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a senior strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, supporting decision-making on enterprise strategy and operating model transformation
Lead end-to-end redesign of corporate processes, including i.e. HR, Finance, and Procurement, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements
Drive complex strategic operations such as spinoffs, cutovers, mergers, and acquisitions, from design through execution
Provide program leadership across large, multi-stream transformation initiatives, managing complexity, dependencies, and senior client relationships
Collaborate closely with Offering and Growth leadership to support business development and long-term client value creation
Leverage AI and GenAI capabilities to enhance strategic analysis, process innovation, and transformation outcomes
Serve as a trusted partner for clients, navigating the local regulatory landscape and governance frameworks

Required technical and professional expertise

Required Qualifications

Senior-level experience in Delivery, Strategy, or Transformation leadership, ideally within consulting or complex enterprise environments
Strong cross-industry background with deep expertise in corporate functions (HR, Finance, Procurement)
Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-complexity programs and engaging effectively with C-level executives
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in strategic advisory roles
Advanced knowledge and practical application of AI and GenAI in transformation and decision support
Strong understanding of Italian Public Sector regulations and governance frameworks
Italy-based and fluent in Italian and English
