SAPコンサルタントとして、IBMのオファリングやテクノロジーを広範囲に活用し、お客様と共創して高品質で専門的なソリューションサービスをお客様に提案、リード、実装していく役割を担います。
プロジェクトをリードし、チームメンバーのスキルや知識を向上させるためのリーダーシップを発揮して頂きます。
新しいスキルをマスターし、異なる専門性を持ったメンバーと共創し、お客様の業界に対する知見を深める機会があります。
主な業務内容:
・戦略的なSAPソリューションリーダーシップ：SAPソリューションの技術的な設計、開発、実装をリードし、クライアントのニーズを満たすシンプルさ、拡張性、保守性を実現します。
・チームデリバリーリーダーシップ：SAPコンサルタントのハイパフォーマンスチームを率い、管理し、納期、予算、品質で成果物を納品する。
・包括的なソリューションデリバリー： 顧客やチームメンバーと共にSAPの機能的専門知識を活用し、最新技術を駆使して戦略策定やソリューション導入に関与する。

・SAPなどのERPパッケージの要件定義、システム開発フェーズの経験

・FI、CO、SD、MM、PP、BW、BO、Basisの経験
・財務会計や在庫購買管理システムの実装経験
・英語力（読み書き）
