Your role and responsibilities

In software licensing we identify and remedy IBM software compliance issues.

1. Weekly reports of opportunities with data extracted from CRM.
2. Attend to weekly calls with external auditors and internal team to consolidate the status of active opportunities in a Dashboard.
3. Extract client software inventory reports. Analyze the history of acquisitions and give insights to external auditors and internal team.
4. Support the invoicing process and record data to analyze and get insights of our review costs.
5. Take on new activities and progressing look to solve problems to benefit our team.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Technical Diploma

Required technical and professional expertise

1. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
2. Proficiency with MS Office Excel including Pivot tables and formulation such as Vlookup and conditionals.
3. Use of MS Office Word and PowerPoint.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills used in effective collaboration with others.

Preferred technical and professional experience
