In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Als Teamleiter LegalTech Public Sector verantwortest du die strategische, fachliche und operative Leitung anspruchsvoller Digitalisierungs‑, Automatisierungs‑ und AI/ML‑Projekte im öffentlichen Sektor.

Du kombinierst Expertise in Legal Tech, Prozessdigitalisierung, Data Analytics und kognitiven Systemen mit ausgeprägter Führungsstärke.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

• Programmleitung komplexer Digitalisierungs‑, Prozessautomatisierungs‑ und AI/ML‑Projekte

• Strategische Leitung und Weiterentwicklung von Legal‑Tech‑Initiativen und digitalen Verwaltungsprozessen

• Führung, Coaching und Skalierung interdisziplinärer Teams, inklusive Umsetzung moderner „AI‑First“-Modelle

• Gestaltung technischer Architekturen (DMS/eAkte, API‑Design, Workflow‑Automatisierung, Prozessketten)

• Definition von Daten‑ und AI‑Strategien für Kunden, inklusive Analyse, Priorisierung und Strukturierung von Use Cases

• Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische und analytische Spezifikationen für AI-, ML‑ oder Analytics‑Lösungen

• Entwicklung von Business‑Architekturen kognitiver Anwendungen und Sicherstellung der fachlichen Passgenauigkeit zu Verwaltungs‑ und Rechtsprozessen

• Definition operativer Szenarien und fachlicher Workflows für cognitive computing‑Lösungen

• Ableitung relevanter KPIs, Etablierung von Governance‑Strukturen und Sicherstellung regulatorischer Anforderungen

• Aufbau und Betrieb KI‑gestützter Workflow‑ und Ticket‑Systeme

• Auswahl, Filterung und Aufbereitung strukturierter und unstrukturierter Daten als Input für kognitive und AI‑Systeme

• Training und Betreuung kognitiver Systeme sowie Aufbau von „Ground Truth“-Daten für AI‑Modelle

• Entwicklung und Ownership von Transformations‑Roadmaps inklusive AI‑Architekturen und Governance

• Stakeholder‑, Risiko‑ und Eskalationsmanagement in sensiblen rechtlichen und verwaltungsspezifischen Kontexten

• Steuerung von Revenue Recovery, Conversion/Retention und KPI-basierten Transformationsprozessen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Digitalisierungs‑, AI‑ oder Prozessmodernisierungsprojekte

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Legal Tech, digitalen Verwaltungsprozessen oder technischen Integrationsarchitekturen

• Expertise in Data Analytics und der Definition von Daten‑ und AI‑basierten Strategien

• Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in technische und analytische Modellierungs‑ und Implementierungsspezifikationen zu übersetzen

• Erfahrung im Design von Business‑Architekturen für kognitive oder AI‑basierte Anwendungen

• Gute Kenntnisse in der Aufbereitung strukturierter und unstrukturierter Daten sowie im Training von AI‑Systemen

• Erfahrung in Governance, Compliance, Datenschutz und Security im Public Sector

• Gestaltungsstärke im Stakeholder‑, Risiko‑ und Eskalationsmanagement

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Präsentationsfähigkeiten für technische und nicht‑technische Zielgruppen

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

• Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb KI‑gestützter Workflow‑ oder Vorgangsbearbeitungssysteme
