As a Delivery Consultant, you will work closely with IBM clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions that align with your clients' goals. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery while leveraging your consultative skills such as problem-solving issue- / hypothesis-based methodologies, communication, and service orientation skills. As a member of IBM Technology Expert Labs, a team that is client focused, courageous, pragmatic, and technical, you'll collaborate with clients to optimize and trailblaze new solutions that address real business challenges.

· The ideal candidate will have a data science background and experience including but not limited to identify use cases, building and validating models, deployment models via APIs, monitoring and retaining models and creating Machine Learning pipelines and train modules.
· Background in several areas including:
- Computer Science,
- Programming
- Probability and Statistics
- Big Data and Machine Learning
· Communication & Consulting Skills
- Client-facing communication: experience running client workshops,
requirements gathering sessions, and technical solution presentations.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, knowledge transfer and documentation skills.
· At least 6 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
· AI/ML + Generative AI Experience
o Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions into production
o Experience building LLM-based applications:
§ Prompt engineering
§ RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
§ Vector databases / embeddings
· Strong proficiency in Python including ML, NLP, and GenAI frameworks
o LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, IBM watsonx.ai, HuggingFace
· Cloud Native & OpenShift (GenAI Deploy Environment)
o Experience deploying AI/LLM services on Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift
o Understanding of containerized AI workloads:
§ GPU scheduling
§ Scaling LLM inference workloads
§ Model-serving frameworks (vLLM, TGI..)
o Experience operating hybrid cloud environments (on-prem + cloud)
· Experience in programming in at least two of the following Python, R, Scala or Java. preference for Python Expert
· Experience in Machine Learning pipeline - data ingestion, feature engineering, modeling including ensemble methods, predicting, explaining, deploying and diagnosing over fitting
· Experience in model selection and sampling
· Experience in deep learning and neural nets
· Enterprise Architecture
o Experience designing HA/DR architectures, networking, storage, and TLS.
o Hybrid multi cloud architecture experience (on-prem + AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud).
· Industry Experience
o Experience in financial services, public sector, manufacturing, or telecom.
o Delivery experience with real-world AI use cases (forecasting, fraud detection, NLP chatbot, recommendation systems).
· Generative AI Use Case Delivery
o Experience delivering enterprise GenAI solutions such as:
§ Document summarization
§ Conversational AI / chatbots
§ Enterprise search + RAG
§ Code generation / test automation
§ Knowledge management systems
o Experience generating ROI-focused AI delivery outcomes
