The Marketing, Communications and CSR Operations and Transformation (MCC O&T) serves as the operational backbone for MCC, enabling teams to do their best work and deliver business outcomes. We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Marketing Technology (MarTech) Strategy team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and operations and brings strategic thinking, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills to the table.
As a key contributor, you’ll support the execution of MarTech initiatives by coordinating projects, documenting systems architecture, and assisting in platform adoption efforts. You’ll work closely with the MarTech Strategy Lead to evaluate business needs, identify capability gaps, and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals. Your role will also involve supporting data integration efforts, enabling change management communications, and staying ahead of emerging MarTech trends to inform strategic recommendations.
This role is ideal for someone who has solid foundational MarTech experience and is eager to influence how marketing technologies are leveraged across the enterprise, helping teams streamline workflows, enhance automation, and drive meaningful engagement through smarter tools and processes.
