Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as an Acquisitions & Outsourcing and Employee Onboarding Associate. This role is critical in ensuring smooth onboarding of employees during acquisitions and outsourcing and Client Account onboarding processes. The associate will manage background verification checks, coordinate with vendors, and maintain compliance standards while delivering an exceptional onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding & Integration:
    • Facilitate onboarding for employees during Acquisitions and Outsourcing and Client Account Onboarding transitions.
    • Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Background Verification Checks:
    • Conduct and monitor end-to-end background verification processes for Acquired Hires and also Employees onboarding into client account projects
    • Handle background check orders, track insufficiencies, prepare certifications, and issue closure confirmations. In-depth knowledge of background verification processes across multiple geographies.
    • Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of checks.
    • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Coordinate with external vendors for background checks and other onboarding services.
    • Negotiate timelines and resolve issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
    • Use Microsoft Excel to track onboarding progress, maintain verification records, and generate reports.
    • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across systems.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Communicate effectively in English with internal teams, vendors, and new employees.
    • Provide clear updates and resolve queries promptly.

  • Strong foundation in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in vendor management and coordination.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, acquisitions, and outsourcing preferred.
Preferred technical and professional experience

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–3 years in HR operations, onboarding, or background verification processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and employee integration during acquisitions.
