Chez IBM Studios Paris, nous sommes l’accélérateur des projets innovants d’IBM France Consulting. Depuis 2015, nous avons accompagné plus de 300 projets avec des clients prestigieux afin de les aider à concrétiser leurs ambitions de transformation digitale !

Au sein du Studio, nous travaillons pour des clients de tous les secteurs d’activité (Luxe, Industrie, Énergie, Transport, Banque et Assurance, Distribution, etc.), en collaboration avec toutes les practices d’IBM France Consulting (Digital, Data et AI, ERPs, Cloud, Sécurité). Notre travail s’articule autour des principes de cocréation et user centric design.

Your role and responsibilities

Ta mission sera de rendre le complexe intelligible en créant des expériences claires et percutantes.

En alliant fond et forme, tu donneras vie aux stratégies commerciales, marketing et d’innovation grâce à un storytelling engageant, des messages clés porteurs de sens et des univers graphiques impactants, afin de captiver, susciter l’émotion et maximiser leurs impacts.

À ce titre, en collaboration avec des consultant(e)s business et innovation et d’autres profils créatifs,

tu pourras également participer à des activités comme :

Repenser des expériences utilisateur(ice)s, service design, recherches utilisateur(ice)s, parcours client(e)s, expériences cibles…
Accompagner le cadrage stratégique de projets d’innovation et de transformation, business model, transformation roadmap…
Structurer des cas d’usage concrets sur des sujets d’innovation autour des nouvelles technologies pour nos clients
Soutenir le rayonnement d’IBM Consulting et communiquer sur nos missions,
…et tout ce que tu pourras apporter de plus sur nos projets

Localisation : à Paris, avec possibilité de déplacements en France et en Europe.

Début : dès début 2026

Étudiant(e) en Master 2 (école de design / commerce / Programme Grande Ecole, Universités de Sciences Politiques) avec une spécialisation en transformation digitale.
Bilingue français/anglais (écrit et oral), (niveau C1 minimum)

Tu es issu(e) d’une filière Creative

Tu aimes apporter des éléments créatifs différenciants
Tu as un intérêt pour la stratégie, l’innovation et/ou le marketing
Tu es proactif(ve) et tu aimes le travail bien fait et porte attention aux détails

Compétences techniques :

La suite Microsoft et en particulier Powerpoint
Les outils graphiques (Suite Adobe / Figma)
L’approche Service/Experience Design.
