In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

In qualità di Technical Leader, supporterai la progettazione e guiderai lo sviluppo di soluzioni software end-to-end, supervisionando tutte le fasi del ciclo di vita: dalla definizione dell’architettura alla implementazione, dai test al deployment e al supporto post-produzione.

Con il tuo contributo tecnico e strategico, supporterai i clienti nei percorsi di migrazione verso il cloud e di integrazione dell’intelligenza artificiale, garantendo qualità, scalabilità e innovazione nelle soluzioni proposte.

Principali responsabilità:

Supporto alla definizione dell’architettura tecnica e alle linee guida di sviluppo
Coordinamento del team di sviluppo, garantendo qualità e coerenza delle soluzioni
Sviluppo di componenti critiche in progetti complessi di migrazione al cloud e di AI Integration
Promozione di best practice DevOps, MLOps e automazione
Diventare punto di riferimento tecnico e un mentore per il team

Technical Diploma

Master's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Progettare, sviluppare e manutenere applicazioni back-end in Python e Node.js
Realizzare interfacce responsive e moderne con React
Gestire e ottimizzare database relazionali (PostgreSQL) e/o NoSQL
Sviluppare e integrare RESTful APIs e servizi cloud, preferibilmente con esperienza in API AI
Utilizzare container Docker e orchestratori Kubernetes per la gestione e la scalabilità delle applicazioni
Gestire il deployment su ambienti cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, ecc.) e contribuire alla automazione MLOps
Utilizzare sistemi di version control (Git, GitHub)
Collaborare con il team seguendo pratiche Agile e garantendo la qualità del codice
Conoscenza intermedia della lingua inglese e ottime capacità relazionali e di comunicazione.
