Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead pricing, licensing, and compliance strategies for a portfolio of enterprise software products. This role is critical to enabling complex deal execution, driving revenue growth, and ensuring strategic continuity across cloud and on-premises offerings.

Your role and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing Strategy & Revenue Management:
    • Develop and implement pricing strategies that optimize margins and accelerate approvals.
    • Conduct profitability and cost analysis to guide competitive pricing and discounting.
  • Sales Enablement & Deal Support:
    • Deliver pricing and licensing guidance for structuring complex deals.
    • Build and maintain tools and resources that support accurate pricing and strategic decision-making.
  • Strategic Initiatives & Integration:
    • Drive portfolio simplification and pricing standardization initiatives.
    • Define go-to-market pricing strategies for new offerings and acquisitions.
  • Cross-Platform Expertise:
    • Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple product lines.
    • Support software release planning and security compliance to align technical and commercial objectives.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Experience: 10+ years in product management, pricing, licensing, or related fields; experience in enterprise software preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
    • Expertise in pricing strategy, licensing frameworks, and compliance.
    • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  1. Pricing Strategy Development & Execution

    • Ability to design, model, and roll‑out pricing frameworks that maximize margins, accelerate deal approvals, and align with overall go‑to‑market objectives.
  2. Profitability & Cost‑to‑Serve Analysis

    • Expertise in conducting deep financial and cost analyses to set competitive pricing, define discounting policies, and provide data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  3. Sales Enablement

    • Proven experience delivering precise pricing and licensing guidance, building/maintaining pricing tools, and supporting sales teams in negotiating and closing multi‑product, high‑value deals.
