Your role and responsibilities

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Comprador/a Estratégico/a (Strategic Buyer) con experiencia en el sector farmacéutico, orientado/a a resultados y con capacidad para liderar procesos de abastecimiento de forma analítica, eficiente y alineada con los objetivos del negocio.

Responsabilidades principales:

Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de categoría.
Liderar proyectos de abastecimiento y negociación con proveedores estratégicos.
Analizar el mercado para identificar oportunidades de mejora y ahorro.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y normativas del sector farmacéutico.
Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para optimizar procesos de compras y garantizar la continuidad del suministro.

Required technical and professional expertise

Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería, Supply Chain o afines.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en compras estratégicas dentro del sector farmacéutico o salud.
Conocimiento en Category Management, gestión de contratos y análisis de gasto.
Manejo de herramientas ERP y dominio de Excel.
Inglés/español conversacional
Habilidades de negociación, análisis y gestión de proveedores.
