Your role and responsibilities

Package Consultant- Hyperion, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US:

  • Provide day-to-day project support for maintaining the Centralized Consolidation Initiative (CCI) application using Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management (FDMEE).
  • Support enhancements by gathering business requirements with CCI Business using the Power Steering tool.
  • Translate customer needs into formal design documents.
  • Prepare Estimate Work Orders (EWO) for business approval.
  • Provide technical estimates, develop solutions, and lead programming and testing efforts, ensuring client acceptance via tools like HFM and FDMEE.
  • Update technical design documents, process manuals, and create reusable assets regularly.
  • Promote code changes and maintain the track of design documents through M-Files and Service Now.
  • Conduct monthly Change Control Review Board (CCRB) meetings with responsible stakeholders.
  • Work on tickets as part of daily project support through Service Now (SNOW).
  • Participate in quality procedures and provide necessary information for the CCI audit process.
  • Create Unit/UAT test scripts for both minor and major enhancements as per requirements.
  • Provide access to users by analyzing business needs through a complex access reconciliation process using Identity IQ tool.
  • Ensure effective communication between the firms offshore counterpart and the CCI business.
  • Provide high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages—from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development, and deployment using the Hyperion suite.
  • Utilize: Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle Hyperion Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE), Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting (FR), Data Integration –(ERP-FDMEE/HFM), Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management (DRM), Oracle Hyperion Administrator, and Service Now, Mfiles.

Required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Package Consultant or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle Hyperion Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE), Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting (FR), Data Integration –(ERP-FDMEE/HFM), Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management (DRM), Oracle Hyperion Administrator, Service Now, Mfiles. $150,301 per year.
