Introduction
  • Daily Operations: Processing weekly procurement requests in ServiceNow, creating 10 shopping carts and purchase orders, and maintaining continuous communication with requestors, requests to change information, rework ServiceNow tickets, prepare and send orders to the suppliers, Upload documentation to ServiceNow and send to SAP.
  • Executive Reporting (5-7 hours/week): Preparing comprehensive reports and documentation for VP and CIO Procurement meetings (held bi-weekly with 7-10 requirements per session)
  • Administrative Tasks (6-8 hours/week): Documentation, follow-up activities, quotes, cyber review, relevant information, and coordination with ISC Agents and team leaders, weekly meetings

Key Activities Overview:

  • Executive Reporting: Preparing comprehensive reports for VP and CIO Procurement meetings, handling processes, and resolving questions for Grace and Ashish
  • Jira Ticket Management: Daily review and classification of new tickets with continuous communication with goods recipients and requesters
  • Shopping Cart Creation: Creating and monitoring shopping cart progress
  • Purchase Order Management: Drafting, managing, and processing change requests including updates, renewals, extensions, and delivery date modifications
  • Vendor Agreement Review: Identifying appropriate contracts, available target value /spend, and contractual terms (start - end dates)
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining continuous communication with requestors and team leaders to ensure complete and accurate information gathering
  • Compliance Support: Reviews with ISC Agents to ensure legal review requirements are met
Your role and responsibilities

Business Analyst with experience in procurement, Financial Analysis and SAP

Below is a list of expected activities

· Review incoming tickets for template compliance and field sufficiency (ensuring all required fields are populated and formatted correctly—not assessing accuracy or quality).

· Reach out to submitters when corrections are needed.

· Answer general questions, how to's, maintain and distribute training materials, links to guidance, and SOPs., and act as first-line operational support for procurement workflows.

Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

Must-Have Skills:

1. Contract Lifecycle Management – Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts.

2. Procurement Policy Knowledge – Strong understanding of sourcing and compliance frameworks.

3. Risk Mitigation & Legal Awareness – Ability to identify and manage contractual risks.

4. Stakeholder Engagement – Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, and operations.

5. Attention to Detail – Precision in contract terms, obligations, and documentation.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Nice-to-Have Skills:

1. Energy Sector Regulatory Knowledge – Understanding of industry-specific legal and safety standards.

2. Experience with Contract Management Tools – Familiarity with platforms like Ariba, Coupa, or Icertis.

1. Vendor Relationship Management – Ability to foster long-term strategic partnerships.
