This position is as a faculty member of the Global Learning & Knowledge Faculty Shared Services (FSS) team and is responsible for delivering various IBM Consulting Partner & Professional Development (PPD) education programs to IBM Consulting professionals worldwide.
The successful candidate should be an experienced IBM Consulting practitioner with several years of consulting experience and at least two recent years with IBM Consulting. Strong communications, coaching, and mentoring skills are essential. The role also requires excellent facilitation capabilities, with preferred experience in business, stakeholder management, project management; some background in experiential learning is preferred.

To be certified as L&K Facilitator, successful candidate will follow a structured qualification path:
Additional advanced facilitation training may be recommended based on the candidate’s background.
Time Commitment
Becoming a Facilitator as part of the L&K Faculty Shared Service requires a two-year commitment. Facilitators are expected to deliver multiple classroom days each quarter, with an expectation of coaching beyond the classroom for some programs.
In addition to the actual classroom delivery, the facilitator will engage in:
pre-course preparation, classroom setup, and post-course debrief, for some programs also a post-classroom small group coaching, rubric-based peer evaluation, etc
During non-delivery period, facilitators are also required to support other L&K initiatives and team projects. As a global team member, candidates should expect to participate in Team meetings at off hours to accommodate global participation. The faculty will support the worldwide delivery schedule.
