We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Test Engineer with a strong background in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
In this role, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of data across both on-premise and cloud environments.
You will be responsible for validating data migration, transformation, and integration processes using Informatica IDMC.
This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless data ingestion from multiple sources — including streaming technologies, cloud platforms, and various data stores — while maintaining the highest standards of data quality and consistency.
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for data pipelines and workflows built with Informatica IDMC.
Perform data validation and transformation testing to verify completeness, consistency, and accuracy between source and target systems.
Develop and maintain automated data validation frameworks using Python, SQL, and IDMC’s built-in tools and APIs.
Implement data quality rules and support continuous integration through CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Document test plans, test results, and findings in a clear and traceable manner.
Support testing activities related to data migration, profiling, analysis, and transformation.
Manage defect tracking and reporting, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication.
Contribute to process improvements and testing best practices within an Agile environment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing data governance and compliance initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Solid understanding of software development and delivery in a data-centric environment.
Proficiency with Informatica IDMC and related tools.
Strong SQL skills for data validation and transformation.
Experience with Python scripting and data libraries (e.g., Pandas).
Familiarity with Azure Cloud technologies (ADF, PySpark, or similar).
Ability to interpret and draw system and architecture diagrams.
Understanding of modern cloud technologies and data governance principles.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Comfortable working collaboratively within an Agile environment.
Advance English is a must

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
