Upon successful closure of the internship program, you will have an opportunity to become a HR & Talent Technology Consultant at IBM and get ready to help IBM clients embark on their Digital HR Transformation journey from Digital HR Strategy, Skills Transformation, Change Management, to HR Technology Deployment such as Workday and SuccessFactors.
Our team of HR & Talent Transformation consultants takes on the challenge to transform talent management to deliver intentional experiences to help organizations become inherently humanized while infusing AI and automation into HR to drive immediate value.
You will use a mix of consulting skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively actualize strategy to execution, into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.
We are looking for a talent with a passion to learn technology, solve customers’ challenges and influence the way they do business. This is an opportunity to leverage your skills in a truly innovative and dynamic environment across countries and cultures with the support of experienced mentors.
From the first day in IBM, you will start a period of training sessions which include: consulting skills, business process overview in HR and many more areas.
You will gain experience in Digital HR Transformation consulting and be able to leverage on IBM thought leadership. You will take part in real consulting projects and work together with talented individuals who will help you to build your career as a HR & Talent Technology consultant.
You will also gain experience in system implementation based on client’s needs, expose to the latest technologies such as AI and Chatbot and improve your presentation and analytical skills. You will take part in real consulting and HRIS implementation projects and work together with talented individuals who will help you to build your career as a HR and Talent Technology consultant.
As an intern you will be able to get real job experience, as well as discover what you want to do in your future. You’ll be given access to an unrivalled amount of learning and certifications to add to your digital profile. Moreover, you will have the advantage to be considered as potential hires for future Graduate Programs roles which will allow you to further grow with us.
We expect from you:
• Interest and basic knowledge in HR Technology and HR business processes.
• Excellent communication style.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to learn new things rapidly.
• Self-initiative and ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• High proficiency in MS Powerpoint and Excel application
