Introduction

Le stagiaire évoluera au sein du Centre de solutions Client, centre technique européen de solutions et support aux ventes des plateformes et solutions IBM. Ce centre IBM basé à Montpellier regroupe de nombreux experts en technologies.

L'objectif de ce centre est l’aide à la vente et préparation des solutions personnalisées de matériel/hardware ainsi que les solutions logicielles adaptées aux métiers de nos clients.

Your role and responsibilities

En partageant le quotidien d’une équipe d’experts en technologies, vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement du réseau et participez à l'évolution technologique de celui-ci.

En début de stage et en contribuant au bon fonctionnement du réseau, vous appréhenderez l'environnement technique et technologique suivant:

- serveurs VPN Cisco Firepower/ ISE, OpenVPN, Juniper SRX,

- outils d’administration : Syslog, Zabbix, PhpIPAM,

- serveurs Redhat, virtualisation VMware,

- déploiements en mode Cloud Hybride, Multi-cloud,

- câblage cuivre CAT55 / CAT6, câblage optique multi mode / monomode,

- équipements LAN de marque Cisco, IBM et Juniper,

- équipements SAN de marque Cisco et Brocade.

Vous devrez démontrer vos capacités à vous comporter en tant qu'ingénieur au sein de l'entreprise via une autonomie dans la réalisation des tâches.

En parallèle de ces activités, vous définirez et mettrez en place une plateforme d’automatisation des tâches réseaux récurrentes demandées par nos équipes Projets (VPN, ACL, règle firewall, allocation de vlan, configuration de ports etc …). Cette plateforme pourra se baser sur Ansible ou Terraform et être disponible via une API et une interface web.

Vous pourrez aussi travailler sur la containérisation des services réseaux tel que SMTP, DNS, DHCP etc…

- évolution dans un milieu international où la pratique de l’anglais est fréquente (production de documents écrits, participation à des conférences téléphoniques, équipe multiculturelle)

- mission permettant une réelle expertise informatique/réseaux/cloud (conception d’architecture réseaux, élaboration de stratégies de configuration réseau, décision et choix du matériel et des logiciels à mettre en production, installer et maintenir).

- Suivi IBM régulier et personnalisé pour faciliter votre montée en compétences et votre réussite."

- Connaissances techniques de base : connaissance des réseaux locaux, utilisation de poste de travail Windows et linux RedHat.

- Curiosité permettant de découvrir progressivement les outils logiciels permettant de mener à bien cette mission (outils informationnels, scripts permettant de récupérer des informations sur les plates-formes)

- Aptitudes au travail en équipe, adaptabilité́.

- Maîtrise du français et un bon niveau d’anglais indispensables, pour réaliser des présentations en anglais et de pouvoir les commenter."
