Required technical and professional expertise

•Championing the Voice of the Customer:

Demonstrate a track record of championing the voice of the customer. Your approach includes conducting customer-driven usability studies and hypothesis-driven experimentation.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Organized and diligent program management skills including use of excel, Monday.com, Jira and Aha
• Conversant in software product processes like parts creation and other connected systems
• Familiarity with go-to-market motions such as subscription, consumption/usage-based and on-prem license models
