Role and Responsibilities Include
Back-end Development:
Full Stack Development:
Working with graphic designers on web design features.
Managing the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Testing and troubleshooting software to ensure quality and performance.
Staying up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and programming languages.
Collaborating with other teams, including product management and design.
Additional Responsibilities:
Writing documentation for the application.
Contributing to the codebase and ensuring code quality.
Participating in code reviews.
Understanding and applying security best practices.
Technical Skills:
5 years of experience in Back-end developer : Languages like Python, Java, Node.js, PHP, and frameworks like Django, Spring, or Express.js.
Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
Web Hosting: Knowledge of platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
APIs: Understanding and working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Cloud Technology Proficiency:
Experience with cloud-based technologies, showcasing familiarity with modern cloud ecosystems and tools
Soft Skills:
Communication: Effective written and verbal communication with team members and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex technical challenges.
Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other developers, designers, and product managers.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring code quality and functionality.
Time Management: Effectively managing time and priorities within a team environment.
Architectural Perespective: Work collaboratively within a team responsible for shaping the architecture and technical trajectory of our software networking
Real-world Product Building: Leverage practical experience in building products to contribute valuable insights to the software engineering practices within the team.
Collaboration and Adaptability: Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and contribute to other IBM product initiatives. A crucial aspect is the ability to extend expertise beyond your domain to promote a holistic understanding of interconnected domains.
Flexible Mindset: Demonstrate flexibility in mindset to navigate and resolve points of intersection with other system components. Adaptability is key to finding mutually beneficial solutions.
