A Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Planning helps clients optimize their supply chain operations, enabling better advantaged pricing, greater efficiency, and improved service levels. This role focuses on identifying and implementing supply chain improvements, transforming operations from suppliers to the ultimate client, and refining or developing business strategies in targeted areas or across the whole supply chain. The consultant also works on next-generation supply chain operations, driving strategic change and competitive advantage by recognizing operational improvements across various value chain areas.
Responsible for supply chain planning, business research, demand analysis, scheme design and implementation of order delivery direction:
• Identify key business challenges in client planning processes through business research and data analysis;
• Designing customized supply chain planning solutions;
• Work with system consultant to deliver supply chain digital system implementation;
• Refine and summarize project related knowledge, and participate in company knowledge management.
• At least 4 years experience in supply chain consulting project or enterprise practical operation, A/B compound background is preferred;
• Familiar with supply chain industry best practices and the methodology of supply chain transformation;
• CPIM, CSCP and other supply chain related certification is preferred;
• English as the working language;
• Good adaptability, communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
