The Front-end Experiences organization at HashiCorp exists to enable and support the engineering and design delivery of accessible, high-quality UIs through a focus on tooling, infrastructure, design systems, education, and culture. Key Responsibilities

Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse and high-performing engineering team. Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture.

Drive the team to deliver on feature requests and that improve our product experience.

Work closely with Design, Product, and other cross-functional teams to align on product vision and deliver innovative solutions.

Prioritize and address internal customer issues and feedback, continuously improving the customer experience.

Required technical and professional expertise

· At least 10 years of engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role. Experience leading diverse product engineering teams is highly preferred.

· Strong background in frontend engineering and UI development. Proficiency in Javascript and frameworks like React or Ember.js are beneficial.

· Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team success.

· Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Familiarity with HashiCorp and IBM products and services.
