We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant to manage and execute end-to-end implementation of the SuccessFactors HCM Suite, including Employee Central (Core HR) and other Talent modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet organizational requirements.

Your role and responsibilities
  • Lead the design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core HR) including:

    • Foundation Objects

    • Employee Data Management

    • Position Management

    • Business Rules & Workflows

  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops with HR and business stakeholders.

  • Prepare Business Process Documentation (BPD), Functional Specifications (FS), and Configuration Workbooks.

  • Configure the system based on the approved design documents.

  • Perform data migration activities using Employee Central Import Templates and ensure data accuracy and validation.

  • Design and set up Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and security framework.

  • Integrate Employee Central with Payroll (SAP or third-party) and other modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation).

  • Manage Testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and resolve defects.

  • Deliver end-user training, super-user enablement, and go-live support.

  • Ensure compliance with SAP Activate Methodology or agreed project methodology.

  • Stay updated on SuccessFactors quarterly releases and apply relevant changes.

  • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, IT, or related fields.

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

  • 2+ full-cycle end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors EC.

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Metadata Framework (MDF)

    • Business Rules

    • Workflows

    • Position Management

  • Experience in Integration (using Integration Center, API, or middleware tools like SAP CPI, Dell Boomi).

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (mandatory for implementation roles).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
