IBM Marketing & Communications is seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and creative professional to join our team as a Social Media Metrics & Orchestration Specialist. In this dynamic hybrid role, you’ll support our Metrics & Reporting Lead with end-to-end data aggregation, visualization, and analysis, while also playing a key role in managing cross-functional projects and contributing to high-impact social media initiatives working closely with our Program Manager and Orchestration Lead.
From maintaining performance dashboards and optimizing workflows to coordinating efforts across teams, your work will help drive clarity, alignment, and measurable results. You’ll also help evolve our social media strategy by monitoring platform performance, identifying trends, and analyzing audience behavior to inform content and engagement decisions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—comfortable navigating complexity, managing multiple priorities, and delivering clear, data-driven insights. You’ll bring a unique blend of analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and operational agility to everything you do.
