As a Delivery Consultant, you will collaborate closely with IBM clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions that align with strategic business goals. You'll be part of IBM Technology Expert Labs—a team known for being client-focused, pragmatic, and technically driven. Your role will combine deep technical knowledge with strong consultative skills to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Client-Focused Delivery: Understand key business challenges and lead the full lifecycle of solution delivery—from design and development to implementation, integration, and post-go-live support—with a sense of urgency and ownership.
Agile Execution: Plan and execute agile implementation cycles, including provisioning, testing, production migration, and day-two operations.
Solution Workshops: Lead and participate in technical solution workshops and strategy sessions with stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships across all organizational levels—from engineers to C-level executives—and navigate complex discussions to successful outcomes.
Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical advisor for IBM Maximo, guiding clients in translating business needs into scalable, technically sound solutions within defined architectural frameworks.
Maximo Delivery: Execute Maximo configurations, workflows, integration, deployment, and support activities.
Maximo Application Suite (MAS): Lead migrations from legacy Maximo (e.g., 7.6.x) to MAS on Red Hat OpenShift, including sizing, estimating, and solution design.
MAS Implementation: Deploy and configure MAS components (Manage, Mobile, Monitor, Predict, Health, etc.), ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems, ERP platforms, and identity providers (LDAP, SSO, etc.).
Mentorship and Knowledge Transfer: Mentor junior engineers, conduct client workshops, and support knowledge transfer through documentation and training.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on IBM's MAS roadmap and new feature releases to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with IBM Maximo and Maximo Application Suite (MAS)
Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in deploying on Red Hat OpenShift across various environments (on-prem/cloud)
Ability to lead end-to-end technical delivery and engage with clients at multiple levels
IBM Maximo & MAS Expertise:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo EAM, including requirement gathering, solution design, system administration, customization, and deployment.
3+ years of experience working across the SDLC on Maximo Application Suite (MAS), with deep involvement in MAS Manage, MAS Core, MAS Mobile, MAS Monitor, Predict, and Health modules.
At least 2 years of experience in migrating deployments from Maximo EAM to MAS.
Proficiency in Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs, and automation scripting.
Programming & Database Skills:
Strong programming capabilities in Java, Python, Object-Oriented Programming, JavaScript, Graphite, and frameworks like AngularJS or React.
Solid understanding of database systems (DB2, Oracle, SQL) with hands-on experience.
Expertise in writing SQL queries, managing cron tasks, and developing BIRT reports within Maximo.
Familiarity with database migration concepts, particularly transitioning from other database systems to DB2.
Cloud & DevOps Experience:
Practical knowledge of cloud deployment architectures.
Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts.
IBM Maximo Certified Deployment Consultant (V7.6 and/or V7.5)
ITIL or equivalent service management certifications
Strong understanding of cloud deployment architectures, with hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, and Ansible
Cloud platform certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud)
Database certifications (e.g., DB2, Oracle, SQL)
