The BPO Solutions Architect role is responsible for the development of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solution that IBM offers to clients in the areas of Finance, Procurement and Human Resources, among others. This involves the development of an innovative and price competitive business process outsourcing solution that meets client requirements and delivers value to our clients.

This involves the development of an innovative and price competitive business process outsourcing solution that meets client requirements and delivers value to our clients.
Specific areas of focus include:
- 5+ years of experience in an area of pre-sales of transformation and BPO solutions to both large and small / medium sized companies.
- Strong knowledge of Finance, Procurement and/or HR (and/or other) outsourcing services.
- Strong knowledge of transformation solutions including extreme automation technologies (workflows, OCR, RPA, Rules Engines, etc) and Gen AI.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance or equivalent degree.
- Familiarity with business management software (SAP, Oracle).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Collaborative and liaison with all levels and departments within a Consulting and Technology organization.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously given key priorities and responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strategic business problem solving skills.
- Ability to understand value based selling and articulate it to C-level executives.
- Ability to survey processes. Knowledge of survey methodologies, maturity analysis, benchmarking, best practice application and technology.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling in a BPO environment.
- Competitive pricing and business case building with direct and indirect benefits and business models that integrate operation and technology.
- Knowledge and experience of the various project phases: transition, transformation, service stabilization and continuous improvement.
- Basic understanding of IT operations including infrastructure, applications and cloud computing (supporting service transformations).
- Languages - Advanced English / Bilingual and intermediate Portuguese (desirable)
